Learn isolation, coordination and new ways to move and stretch during the spring session of Belly Dance. Wear comfortable clothes. All movements are low impact and appropriate for all ages. Classes are at 6 p.m. Mondays at the Grand Lake Community House and Thursdays at the Granby Recreation/Senior Center.
