The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association’s Aging Well Program is offering a six-week series of classes on “Healthier Living: Managing Ongoing Chronic Conditions” May 8, 15, 22, 29, and June 5 and 12 at the Granby Community Center, located at 125 N. 3rd St. The classes are free and open to any individual, especially those 65 and older with a chronic health condition, and those who support and care for them.
