To the Editor:

A heads-up folks to put your eyes looking down. Please take the time to pick up the litter around towns, your homes, schools and businesses as it appears with the melting snows.

Nature's leftovers from last year aren't nearly so ugly as those cans, bottles, papers, plastic bags, rags and cigarette butts that we humans have failed to deposit in proper receptacles.
