To the Editor:

I appreciated the recent letter by Dela Linke honoring our troops and the freedom that our flag represents. I’m sure Dela shares my view that we should also honor the patriotism of those who had the wisdom and courage to protest this fiasco in Iraq when it was unpopular to do so. They deserve our “thank you” for condemning the rush to war by the corrupt and incompetent Bush administration.
