Colorado wildfire: High Park Fire in Larimer County now nearly 37,000 acres burne

The High Park Fire in Larimer County has burned almost 37,000 acres and about 400 firefighters are battling the blaze this morning.

There is no containment of the fire, which is burning in the mountains about 15 miles west of Fort Collins.

"It is a very aggressive fire, fuel driven, wind driven, and the winds have not been favorable," said Executive Officer Nick Christensen, a Larimer County Sheriff's Office spokesman. "The brush, timber and grasses are very, very, dry."
