Granby's 4th of July Parade and Party in the Park

Considered "the biggest small-town parade in Colorado," the Granby parade down Agate Avenue begins at 11 a.m. on the Fourth of July. Many entries make their way down the main street of Granby as children and adults alike applaud their arrival. Trophies will be awarded for best floats in each category, with this year's theme "Summertime Fun."

Follow the end of the parade to the town park for the Rotary's barbecue, hamburgers, hotdogs and chips. Young Life will be offering pulled pork sandwiches, watermelon, ice cream and water, and Snowflakes of the Rockies will have shaved ice. More food vending includes Hummingbird's Navajo Tacos and Indian Fry Bread and Showboat Catering will have slices of pie.
