Snowball after party line-ups announced

WINTER PARK - If the weather forecast for the SnowBall Music Festival set to take place March 8-10 is accurate, the festival will live up to its name.There is a possibility of a "significant snow event" for this weekend if things turn out the way they appear to be heading, according to the area's forecast discussion published Tuesday, March 5, by the National Weather Service.Temperatures during the weekend are expected to feature highs in the 20s and 30s and lows in the upper teens and lower 20s.With the SnowBall just days away, final preparations for the show are beginning to take place with the announcement of the after-party lineups and the sale of charter bus tickets to and from the festival.After-partiesThe after-parties for the event have been announced by venue and how much it will cost to gain access. A wristband to the event is required to gain access to the after-parties, the line-up for which can be found in an information box accompanying this story.TransportationEvents organizers have begun to sell tickets for charter bus rides to and from the festival from locations including: Denver, Morrison, Idaho Springs, Fort Collins, Greely, Loveland, Boulder, Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Colorado Springs, Vail, And Georgetown.These buses will shuttle festival-goers to and from the festival each day.
