The Bleeding Skeleton by Lulu Turk
It is Halloween! The skeleton is in bed. There is a big storm outside. Lightening hits the skeletons house. The skeleton woke up. He went outside. Lightening hit him and blood came out of him. He ran into his house and sat in his chair and watched a Spooky Halloween movie. Then he heard a knock on the door. “Who’s there?” “It is me, the mummy.” said in a deep voice. The skeleton opened the door. “Trick or treat!” “NO CANDY FOR MUMMY’S” yelled the skeleton. The mummy threw a rock at the skeleton. The rock hit him on the arm. He was bleeding again! The skeleton kicked the mummy’s leg. The mummy ran away. The skeleton went in to get a bandaid. The storm had cleared. The skeleton went outside to look at the stars. A witch fell out of a star. The witch hit the skeleton on his face with her broom. The skelton’s nose was bleeding and he ran back inside. Since his nose was bleeding he stuffed a tissue up his nose. He went up into his room and fell on his bed. He was Done with Halloween for two years

Janie and the Stuffies by Janie Waldorf
Once a upon a time, I woke up and my Stuffies were awake. They all had angry faces. They did not know me! Who are yoooouuu? My Stuffies frightened me. They did not know me? Then one of them went moooo, naaaaayyyy went the horse. Uhhh! And when I saw my bunny it was scary I could not close my eyes! I was soooooo scared.
Zig Zag, my zebra, was pushing peace, my…tiger onto my bunny, bun bun! I was afraid my bunny would get hurt. I wanted to hide under my bed, But the ghosts were living there! Then I thought about hiding in my closet, but the monsters lived there. And then I saw my dog pushing my horse and falling on ducky! So I pulled the covers over my head! I am still there.
