Milwaukee Sheriff David Clarke to speak at Constitution Week in Grand Lake

Milwaukee County Sheriff, David A. Clarke Jr., will be the keynote speaker for the 2016 US Constitution Week in Grand Lake and will speak at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, September 17 in Town Park.
Clarke is a lifelong resident of Milwaukee and a summa cum laude graduate of Concordia University in Wisconsin, which named him Alumnus of the Year in 2003.
Clarke is currently serving his fourth consecutive four-year term as Sheriff of Milwaukee County where he was first elected in 2002, after serving 24 years on the Milwaukee Police Department. He was re-elected Sheriff in 2006, 2010, and 2014.
Clarke has graduated from numerous educational and training programs including the FBI National Executive Institute, the US Secret Service Dignitary Protection Program and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Gun Trafficking Program.
He has been honored with the CPAC Charlton Heston Courage Under Fire Award, The Annie Taylor Award from the David Horowitz Freedom Center and Law Enforcement Leader of the Year Award from the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association.
Clarke is a frequent guest commentator for national news services regarding law enforcement, Second amendment and homeland security issues.
The 5th annual US Constitution Week in Grand Lake begins Sept 12.
