Roger Hedlund of Home James was named "Citizen of the Year" at the Winter Park-Fraser Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner on Friday night, Nov. 8, at Deno's. Also recognized was Catherine Ross, for 20 years in her position executive director of the chamber. The Chamber also recognized Hans and Hanne Eichler, formerly owners of Gusthaus Eichler, for this year's "Pioneers of the Year" designation.
