KREMMLING — A 31 year-old Kremmling man is facing felony charges after rolling his truck off a dirt road near Kremmling.
The accident at about 10:45 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7, sent two passengers with serious injuries to Denver area hospitals via helicopter and left one small child uninjured.
Jeremy Bucky, the driver of the vehicle, was booked into Grand County Jail on two charges of vehicular assault while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, one charge of child abuse, careless driving resulting in bodily injury, and failure to remain on-scene after an accident.
Bucky was driving a 2000 ford F150 when he drove off the road and rolled twice, partially ejecting one of the occupants. Alcohol is being investigated as a possible contributing factor in the crash, and it is believed the child was the only one in the vehicle that was properly restrained, according to the Colorado State Patrol.
