Grand County EMS and Grand County Sheriff’s Office responded to an emergency call from Snow Mountain Ranch in Granby on Tuesday, Oct. 10.
A 30-year-old male employee was found with medication and vodka bottle next to him at his residence on the ranch. Grand County Sheriff deputies were the first to arrive on-scene and were able to communicate with him, said Grand County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer Lt. Dan Mayer.
Once GC EMS arrived they had to perform CPR and called for a Flight for Life helicopter, said Mayer.
Grand County Sheriff’s Office and East Grand Fire assisted with establishing a landing zone and loaded the patient on the St. Anthony’s Flight for Life.
